My Fees |
- I do not charge a fee for the initial consultation.
- My usual hourly rate is $100 per hour.
- Retainers may be required on a case by case basis.
- For Wills and Trusts I typically charge a fixed fee, as follows:
- Basic Will for a single person (including a Basic Will, a Short Form Statutory Power of Attorney, and Health Care Directive) - $150.00
- Basic Wills for married couple (including a Basic Wills, Short Form Statutory Powers of Attorney, and Health Care Directives) - $250.00
- Will with Testamentary Trust provisions for single parent (including Will, Short Form Statutory Power of Attorney, and Health Care Directive) - $200.00
- Wills with Testamentary Trust provisions for married couple with children (including Wills, Short Form Statutory Powers of Attorney, and Health Care Directive) - $350.00
- Revocable Trust for single person (including Trust, Pour-over Will, Short Form Statutory Power of Attorney, and Health Care Directive) - $350.00 + hourly rate for additional services related to funding the trust.
- Joint Revocable Trust for married couple (including Trust, Pour-over Wills, Short Form Statutory Powers of Attorney, and Health Care Directives) - $500.00 + hourly rate for additional services related to funding the trust.
- Maritaliized Family Trust Will for married couples with estate tax concerns (including Wills, Short Form Statutory Powers of Attorney, and Health Care Directive) - $750.00
- Maritalized Revocable Trusts for couples with estate tax concerns (including Trusts, Pour-over Wills, Short Form Statutory Powers of Attorney, and Health Care Directives) - $1000.00 + hourly rate for additional services related to funding the trusts.
